Delete your Verax Field account

In the app — the quickest way

1. Open Verax Field and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Tap Close account.
4. Read what is deleted and what is kept, type DELETE (or ELIMINAR), and confirm.

Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out on that phone.

Without the app

Email admin@veraxco.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my Verax Field account and the name of the company that invited you. We confirm who you are with your employer, close the account, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile

Your name, email address and phone number.

Your sign-in

Your sign-in credentials — you will not be able to sign back in.

Drafts

Any drafts still on your phone. Deleting the app also removes everything stored on the phone.

What is kept, and for how long

Work you already submitted

Timesheets, job sheets, fuel logs and inspections you sent stay with your employer. They are your employer's payroll and job-costing records, and they are required to keep them.

Who submitted it

The record of which account submitted that work is kept as an anonymous id, not your name.

Your employer keeps submitted records for as long as their own record-keeping and tax obligations require. Verax LLC retains data for 2 years. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
